our apartment in Villefranche-sur-Mer
will give you a great holiday at any time of the
year.

Our rates, below, include electricity
and water and are based on maximum occupancy of
four people:

**Please
note that there is a 100 euro (£90) charge
for cleaning and sheet washing/changing which is
to be added to each booking.
To book the apartment, please contact
us in the first instance with your reservation
requirements. Once availability is confirmed
we require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
The balance is required prior to your holiday starting
(please allow time for any cheque to clear). Once
the holiday has been fully paid for (and any cheque
cleared) we will send you the keys to the flat.
We would like to send these to you a minimum of
seven days before your holiday starts.
We require a £500 damage
deposit and £50 will be deducted should
keys be lost. The cheque will be banked
and monies returned to you after your holiday
and on confirmation that the apartment is undamaged
and we have received the keys back. We can send
the monies back to you by cheque or online.
If you need to cancel we
will do our best to refund your money.
This is a family owned apartment but if we can
fully rebook your apartment, we are happy to refund
your deposit.
Please note that for clients living outside of
the UK that are unable to send British Pounds
there is the option of paying via PayPal. We can
send you a PayPal invoice even if you don’t
have a PayPal account. The major currencies are
accepted including US$, Euro, Australian Dollars,
Canadian $, Japanese Yen, NZ$, Norwegian Krone,
Swedish Kronor and Swiss Francs. Please note that
there is a PayPal fee of 3.9% + 20p that you need
to pay in addition to any monies transferred.
If we are transferring a security deposit back
to you we will also have to deduct a PayPal fee
of 3.9% + 20p. Alternatively you can send an international
bank transfer. Please contact
us for information.
