Where is Villefranche-sur-Mer?

Villefranche-sur-mer is a delightful small town on the Cote d'Azur in the South of France.  Situated by one of the deepest natural harbours in the Mediterranean, Villefranche-sur-Mer rises up into the hills behind.  Nice airport is just ten kilometres away to the west; Antibes 15 kilometres away and Juan Les Pins and Cannes just to the west of that..  To the east, Monaco is seven kilometres away and the border to Italy is just 15 kilometres away.

Public transport is superb with rail and bus services linking the towns of the French Riviera.  Regular services run between Nice, Monte Carlo, Monaco and Vintimiglia in Italy.  You really do not need a car to enjoy your holiday in Villefranche-sur-Mer and to visit all these places easily and inexpensively.
